These Terms of Service govern your use of the A1 (Artem1s) mobile application operated by Artem1s. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You confirm you are located in Kenya or accessing the App in compliance with applicable laws.
2.1 Merchant Accounts: To register as a merchant, provide accurate business information including email, business category, location, and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials, all account activity, and managing worker accounts responsibly.
2.2 User Accounts: To register as a user, provide a valid email address and phone number. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3.1 Permitted Use: Discovering and booking local services, goods, and events; Listing products and services as a merchant; Using AI features (Max or Roxy) for assistance; Managing bookings, payments, and worker accounts; Creating and advertising events.
3.2 Prohibited Use: Using the App for illegal or fraudulent activity; Posting false, misleading, or deceptive listings; Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or merchants; Attempting unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems; Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools; Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing any part of the App.
When a user books a service or purchases a product, a binding agreement is formed between the user and the merchant. Payment is processed through our integrated payment systems. Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual merchants. Artem1s acts as a platform facilitator and is not liable for disputes between users and merchants.

By creating an event, you confirm all event details are accurate, you have the necessary rights to host the event, and that paid advertising is subject to our advertising guidelines. Digital tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Property listings sourced via Roxy AI are based on available data and may not always reflect current availability. Rent payments are between you and the property owner. Artem1s is not a real estate agent or ISP provider and accepts no liability for these services.
All content, branding, logos, and technology within the A1 (Artem1s) App are the property of Artem1s. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if we receive reports of fraudulent activity, or if your account puts other users at risk. You may delete your account anytime through the App settings.
The A1 (Artem1s) App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.
12. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Artem1s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
14. Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
